Symptoms
Node fails to start the database.
Database startup failing with following error after unexpected failure
ORA-00235: control file read without a lock inconsistent due to concurrent update

Reconfiguration started (old inc 252, new inc 254)
List of nodes:

Global Resource Directory frozen
Communication channels reestablished
Master broadcasted resource hash value bitmaps
Non-local Process blocks cleaned out
Error: Controlfile sequence number in file header is different from the one in memory
Please check that the correct mount optionsare used if controlfile is located on NFS
