Symptoms

Using PLSQL BULK FORALL insert statements.

The pga size as shown in v$process or v$sesstat shows very large memory usage for the process.

The process may also fail with following errors:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [733], [292142672], [top call heap], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 1783960 bytes (PLS non-lib hp,DARWIN)
