Symptoms

After upgrading to 11.2 from an earlier version, attempts to find the SYS.SCHEDULER$_JOBQTAB advanced queue table / SYS.SCHEDULER$_JOBQ advanced queue and the AQ_SRVNTFN_TABLE_Q advanced queue fail.
