Symptoms
Migrating from Exadata V1 to X2 using Case 2 in document:
Migrating from HP Oracle Database Machine to Sun Oracle Database Machine 11.2 using Data Guard (Doc ID 1055938.1)
could fail with the following errors:
ORA-10562: Error occurred while applying redo to data block (file# 12, block# 375802)
ORA-10564: tablespace TRDW_D000
ORA-01110: data file 12: '+RECO/ora258a/datafile/trdw_d000.1109.727957443'
ORA-10561: block type 'TRANSACTION MANAGED DATA BLOCK', data object# 187131
ORA-00607: Internal error occurred while making a change to a data block
ORA-00602: internal programming exception
