Symptoms
Running Oracle 10gR2 RDBMS on Itanium OpenVMS.
Bequeath connections sometimes hang on database wait event "SQL*Net message from client"
This seems to occur when several jobs are started at the same time.
Changes
One of the following changes have been made:
o Upgrade to OpenVMS 8.4
o Applied one of the following ECOs:
VMS831H1I_DCL-V0200 (OpenVMS 8.3-1H1)
VMS83I_DCL-V0400 (OpenVMS 8.3)
VMS83I_DCL-V0500 (OpenVMS 8.3)
VMS83I_UPDATE-V1200 (OpenVMS 8.3)
