Listener PORT changes to wrong port after Database upgrade (Doc ID 1269679.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


After patching from 11.2 to a higher patchset or migration to 12.1, the listening port of the listener (local or remote) was found changed from the original value set when checked via lsnrctl status. However, the listener.ora still shows the original (pre-upgrade).
