Error When Connecting From Oracle To The Oracle Transparent Gateway (Doc ID 1270764.1)

Symptoms

When connecting from an Oracle Server to the Transparent Gateway for DB2, you receive messages similar to:
DB2 RRSAF Code 8-00F30091: Unknown RRSAF error

Other Oracle generic connection messages and errors may occur, but they are not key to this issue

Changes

This is most likely to occur after a fresh installation of the gateway
