Deinstall 11.2 32-bit Home Inadvertanly Removes 64-bit Homes and Vice Versa

Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 [Release 12.2]
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Run the deinstall utility to remove an 11.2 32bit Home.
After the deinstall is complete you notice that other 64bit Oracle Homes (or files) have been removed.
This can also happen to 32bit Homes when a 64bit Home has been deinstalled.
