Symptoms

The following code worked in 10.2.0.4.0:

select extractValue( res, '/Resource/DisplayName' ) as template_name,
pk_docGen.f_getTemplateDescr( 'PurchaseOrder', extractValue( res,'/Resource/DisplayName' ) ) as template_descr
from resource_view
where under_path( res, 1, '/' || user || '/XMLPub/Templates/' || 'PurchaseOrder' ) = 1;


The database was upgraded to 11.1.0.7.0 and now the same code gives the following error:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine
ORA-29000: Certificate not installed
