Symptoms
When hitting an ORA-600/ORA-7445 you find the following binary mismatch reported in the ORA-600/ORA-7445 tracefile:

Symbol file ...\oracle11g\RDBMS\ADMIN\oraclsra11.SYM does not match binary.
Symbol TimeStamp=4bacb3bc, Module TimeStamp=4c2b5098 are different

This article addresses the binary mismatch reported in an ORA-600/ORA-7445 tracefile. The ORA-600/ORA-7445 itself could be of any nature and requires separate investigation if the binary mismatch resolution does not resolve the problem.
