XDS Invalid Objects Like ALL_XDS_ATTRIBUTE_SECS And ALL_XDS_INSTANCE_SETS After Deinstalling XDB (Doc ID 1273520.1)

Symptoms

After running catnoqm.sql to de-install XDB by following Note 1292089.1  <Master Note for Oracle XML Database (XDB) Installation> the following XDB objects are invalid:
