Device Eth0 Has Different Mac Address Than Expected, Ignoring. (Doc ID 1273992.1)

Since the mother board got replaced, even though manually changed the MAC address, it is changed every time machine get rebooted.

When try to bring up the eth0 it gives the following :

[root@edw1cel03 ~]# ifup eth0
Device eth0 has different MAC address than expected, ignoring.

Even after Changing the file ifcfg-eth0 to reflect the MAC address, everytime reboot the system it overwrites the same with the new MAC address.
