Cache Group Autorefresh For Oracle DB Inserts Fail for Datatype using Char semantics (Doc ID 1274957.1)

Symptoms

When a cache group with autorefresh attribute is defined, if one of the columns of a table in the cache group uses a data type with Char semantic , insert operations in the Oracle table did not get propogated to the TimesTen cache group when  the autorefresh occurs.  The insert was only seen if load cache group is used.
