Many SYS objects are invalid even after executing catalog and catproc

- Found more than 800 invalid objects in the database, almost all SYS objects are invalid.
- Running catalog.sql , catproc.sql and utlrp.sql do not fix the issue .
- Running catproc.sql returns errors :
PLS-00302: component 'DBMS_TRANSFORM' must be declared
PLS-00302: component 'AQ$_AGENT' must be declared
PLS-00320: the declaration of the type of this expression is incomplete or
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called:
- DBA_REGISTRY shows:
select comp_name, comp_id, version, status from dba_registry
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-04063: package body "SYS.DBMS_REGISTRY" has errors
- Trying to compile the DBMS_REGISTRY package, we see the following errors:
PLS-00302: component 'REGISTRY$' must be declared
PLS-00320: the declaration of the type of this expression is incomplete or malformed
A third party application was installed.
