Many SYS objects are invalid even after executing catalog and catproc (Doc ID 1279459.1)

Symptoms

  • Found more than 800 invalid objects in the database, almost all SYS objects are invalid.
  • Running catalog.sql , catproc.sql and utlrp.sql do not fix the issue .
  • Running catproc.sql returns errors :
