Dictionary Corruption From Partition Maintenance Error ORA-1008 From DBMS_STATS

When a partition name is reused when performing partition maintenance operations, such as split or merge of partitions, then dictionary corruption can occur if previous split, merge or drop subpartiton have been performed for its subpartitions.
This can lead to errors such as ORA-1008 during statistics gathering with DBMS_STATS.
