The query may include an XML function, like XMLElement, XMLForest or XMLAgg, but otherwise the query may not look complex.
PL/SQL Object Types may not be in use.
The Call Stack Trace in the trace file shows:
kopu1pkl kopupkl kopepic kodppic kokopkl ...
The same query runs fine/without errors in native Oracle SQL*Plus.
