Streams environment has two Streams propagations defined between the same source and target database.
One is running in CCA mode and the other in non-CCA mode.
Previously both were running in CCA mode.
Propagation Receiver (CCA) for Streams Capture CAP_CCA and Apply APP_CCA with pid=32, OS id=651 started.
is not being reported on the target database for the relevant Stream.
Tracing of the capture process using trace_level 127 may reveal that an ORA-26802: Queue "STRMADMIN"."APPQ" has messages is being reported from target database preventing it from going into CCA mode.
