Symptoms


Instantiating the file "/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/.patch_storage/10114705_Sep_27_2010_22_32_21/rac/remove_files.txt.instantiated" by replacing $ORACLE_HOME in "/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/.patch_storage/10114705_Sep_27_2010_22_32_21/rac/remove_files.txt" with actual path.
Removing files on remote nodes...

OPatch failed to remove files on remote nodes 'dm01db02' . Detail: Error occurred on nodes:
Node = dm01db02, Node error = Error in removing files based on listed file '/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/.patch_storage/10114705_Sep_27_2010_22_32_21/rac/remove_files.txt.instantiated' on nodes 'dm01db02'.
