Symptoms

You have defined an AQ Propagation environment between 2 databases with different patchset level for example 11.2.0.1  to/from 11.2.0.2.

Propagation between these 2 types is not flowing.
On propagation job we can find that it is failing with error ORA-30757, although on dba_queue_schedules no error is receiving.
Another symptom is that the propagation appears hang and not progressing. By checking wait status, it is possible to see that
  - Propagation Sender process is waiting  for 'SQL*Net message from dblink'
  - Propagation Receiver process waiting for 'SQL*Net more data from client'

Relevant debugging traces files (24040) reveal that this hang situation is because error ORA-30757.

One every site a multiple consumer queue table that supports 2 queues for messages intercommunication between 2 system and propagations have been defined.

Changes

Apply of patchset on one site of the propagation end.
