Symptoms

  1. ORA-00371: Not Enough Shared Pool Memory signalled on Startup
  2. Database will not start even after restore.
  3. The Server has plenty of memory.
  4. A corruption occurred previously.

Changes

Restore was performed or other activity related to possible corruption.
