Goal
Oracle XML DB (XDB) was installed manually by running the catqm.sql script in the rdbms/admin directory.
As a post-installation step, the XML dispatcher was created as follows:
dispatchers="(PROTOCOL=TCP) (SERVICE=<SID>XDB)"
However, this fails with the following error:
ORA-02066: missing or invalid DISPATCHERS text
