The ORA-600/ORA-7445 Error Lookup Tool reports: Unable to run a My Oracle Support Search. (Doc ID 1289930.1)

Under certain conditions, the ORA-600/ORA-7445 Error Lookup tool (Document 153788.1) will display the following message:

Unable to run a My Oracle Support Search.
This feature can not be used when the tool is displayed from a New Window/Tab
Please ensure you are viewing this document from within My Oracle Support

This message will be displayed just after having acknowledged a previous message indicating that the tool is about to execute an Advanced Search.
