ORA-600 [dbgrce_find_release_2] Reported In 11gR2 (Doc ID 1292806.1)

Symptoms

Whilst mounting the database the alert.log file shows the following error:

ALTER DATABASE MOUNT
Successful mount of redo thread 1, with mount id 2610394111
Database mounted in Exclusive Mode
Lost write protection disabled
Errors in file <diagnostic_dest>/diag/rdbms/<dbname>/<instname>/trace/<instname>_ora_20428.trc (incident=17757):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [dbgrce_find_release_2], [0], [2], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Incident details in: <diagnostic_dest>/diag/rdbms/a<dbname>/<instname>/incident/incdir_17757/<instname>_ora_20428_i17757.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

ORA-600 signalled during: ALTER DATABASE MOUNT...
