schemaValidate on XMLType with Invalid schemaLocation fails with ORA-7445 [qmxValidateDoc()+1300] (Doc ID 1294817.1)

Symptoms

On release 10.2.0.4, when the schemaValidate method is called on an XMLType object with an invalid value for the schemaLocation attribute, the session terminates with the following error:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qmxValidateDoc()+1300] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000000] [] []
