Root.Sh From addNode.Sh Fails On New Node (Doc ID 1295194.1)

After adding new node (addNode.sh) on existing 11.2.0.1 GRID cluster, the execution of root.sh fail when there is non-default listener running in $ORACLE_HOME other than the GRID_HOME.


Symptoms

After addNode.sh, root.sh fails on the new node when starting listener:

2011-01-10 13:38:04: Invoking "$GI_HOME/bin/srvctl start listener -n racnode03"
2011-01-10 13:38:04: trace file=$GI_HOME/cfgtoollogs/crsconfig/srvmcfg2.log
2011-01-10 13:38:06: "$GI_HOME/bin/srvctl start listener -n racnode03" failed with status 512.
2011-01-10 13:38:06: start listener on node=racnode03 ... failed

Changes

After a new node is added using addnode.sh, the root.sh script need to be executed on the newly added node.
