Goal

Overview
--------

This script is intended to provide an easy method to collect information
necessary to troubleshoot Data Guard issues.

This script will turn SQL_TRACE on for ALL logical apply processes for
two minutes, then list all the tracefiles to be collected.

This script is intended to be run via sqlplus as the SYS or Internal user.
