Goal

You want to run a particular SQL statement or Stored Procedure/Function against a set of database users.

For example, you want to execute the stored procedure call...

    DBMS_RESOURCE_MANAGER.SET_CONSUMER_GROUP_MAPPING (DBMS_RESOURCE_MANAGER.ORACLE_USER, '<USERNAME>', 'OLTP_GROUP');

For all users who's name begins with 'A'...

SELECT username
FROM dba_users
WHERE username LIKE 'A%';
