Symptoms

You are attempting to run a batch job that is trying to make connection to external web service provider on an 11.2.0.1 RDBMS, the following error is generated in both the alert.log and incident trace files:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [pesomopn:Obj not loaded], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

You may see some or all of the following function codes in the 'Call Stack Trace' section of the trace file:
