Error ORA-29341 If Creating No-Partitioned Table With Global Partitioned Index (Doc ID 1298257.1)

Creating no-partitioned table with global partitioned index and and enabled
PK/UK on this index, then the following errors occurs while exporting
transportable tablespace metadata:

EXP-00008: ORACLE error 29341 encountered
ORA-29341: The transportable set is not self-contained
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 79
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_PLUGTS", line 1310
ORA-06512: at line 1
EXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully

How to reproduce error in any release 9.2, 10.2, 11.2:

1) create no-partitioned table in any tablespace
2) create global partitioned index in same tablespace
3) add UK/PK on table using created index
4) run expdp in TTS mode and try export this tablespace.
