Symptoms

Run/source oraenv from an OS user other than 'oracle' and receive the following errors:

/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/bin/osh: Can't raise ulimit.
The mode of /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/bin/osh should be 4711 and owned by root.
