When attempting to upgrade an 184.108.40.206 or 9.2.0.x database to 10.2, the initial attempt to open the database using STARTUP UPGRADE with the 10.2 software results in errors of the following form:
ORA-19510 Failed to set size of 14080 blocks for file //'<control-file-cluster-name>' (blocksize=4096).
ora-00202: control file: '//'<control-file-cluster-name''
Control file resized from 1280 to 1282 blocks denied by OS
Ora-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kccgtt_1], ,,
The Database is being started for the first time with the STARTUP UPGRADE option using 10.2 software libraries.
