Symptoms

After to have install a new Mobile Server 10.3.0.3.0 + the last one-off patch, when Oracle Mobile Database workbench (oramdw.exe or oramdw.sh) is trying to make the connection to the repository it fails with the following error:
"Connection to the mobile server repository failed!
Attempt to connect to an INVALID Mobile Server repository!"
