Listener Log File Permission Change After Listener Restart (Doc ID 1303508.1)

Symptoms


The permissions for the listener log file change after restarting the listener.
e.g.


[oracle@cellnx32 log]$ ls -l
total 50876
-rw-rw---- 1 oracle oinstall 49365689 Feb 24 10:54 listener.log

Changed listener.log permission to -rw-r--r--:

[oracle@cellnx32 log]$ ls -l
total 50880
-rw-r--r-- 1 oracle oinstall 49369225 Feb 24 10:57 listener.log

[oracle@cellnx32 log]$ lsnrctl
