ORA-4031'KQR M PO' When Purging Recyclebin (Doc ID 1303834.1)

Symptoms

The following error is reported trying to purge the recycle bin.

ORA-4031: unable to allocate 1260 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(1,1)","KQR M PO").



In the recycle bin there is around 200,000 partition and subpartition objects all belonging to the same table.

Changes

A table was dropped without the purge option, and that table had a lot of partitions and sub-partitions (around  200,000).
