Purpose

PURPOSE:
   This article discusses the internal error "ORA-600 [57000]",
   what it means and possible actions. The information here is only applicable
   to the versions listed and is provided only for guidance.

Scope

ERROR:
  Format: ORA-600 [57000] [a] [b] [c] [d]

VERSIONS:

  Oracle TimesTen In-Memory Database 11.2

DESCRIPTION:

  The [57000] error is reserved to TimesTen.

  It is used when TimesTen code calls RDBMS code which then calls TimesTen code
  which then has to report an error.

  That error is bundled in a [57000] error and should be caught by the calling code and
  unbundled, but occasionally there may be mistakes and a [57000] may show up.

ARGUMENTS:
  Arg [a] Always 0 (zero)
  Arg [b] TimesTen error number
  Arg [c] TimesTen error text

FUNCTIONALITY:
  TimesTen

IMPACT:
   Depends on the bundled error.
