java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException migrating to V920x (Doc ID 1304269.1)

Symptoms

While running "catpatch.sql" from the 9.2.0.x Patch-Set Step #6 (Patch#2632931 Readme) for upgrading the "Oracle Apps 1158 Prod-Database", it fails while continuing with the following error:

Error while computing MD5 of META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
Exception java.io.IOException: got
java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: MD5
MessageDigest not available while attempting to compute MD5
Error while processing META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
Exception oracle.aurora.server.tools.loadjava.ToolsError:
java.io.IOException:
got java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: MD5 MessageDigest not available
while attempting to compute MD5
