Symptoms

Alert log shows the error below and a trace file is created:

ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [5120], [40], [268], [1064], [8], [], [], [], [], [], [], []


The call stack in the trace file may show functions like:
