ORA-01426: Numeric Overflow After Downgrade From 11g (Doc ID 1308137.1)

After downgrading from 11g to, compiling and dropping materialized views may generate an ORA-1426.  Turning off query rewrite lets some queries against tables complete, but compiling and/or dropping the mviews still fails with ORA-1426.

The compile of the materialized view showed this errorstack:

The select count(*) from <table> showed this errorstack:
