(Doc ID 1308137.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 28, 2019
Applies to:Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 188.8.131.52 to 184.108.40.206 [Release 11.1 to 11.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
After downgrading from 11g to 10.2.0.4, compiling and dropping materialized views may generate an ORA-1426. Turning off query rewrite lets some queries against tables complete, but compiling and/or dropping the mviews still fails with ORA-1426.
The compile of the materialized view showed this errorstack:
ksesec0 kprcdt kprccu opifcr qerstRowP qersoFetch
The select count(*) from <table> showed this errorstack:
ksesec0 kprcdt kprccu opifcr qersoFetch opifch2 opiall0 opikpr opiodr
Database was upgraded from 10.2.0.4 to 220.127.116.11; then downgraded to 10.2.0.4.
