Locate an unknown command or piece of code that is being run in a database

Example:

The alert log shows regular

   ALTER SYSTEM FLUSH SHARED_POOL

And the DBA remembers that this was needed to avoid ORA-4031's back in Oracle 8.1 but cannot remember where it was implemented
