How to Accept & Unaccept Plans in SQL Plan Baselines (Doc ID 1309799.1)

Goal

From 11gR2, the sql plans are accepted and unaccepted using a different procedure from that used in 11gR1.

Additionally, once plans are accepted in 11gR2, they do not become UNACCEPTED.
To avoid using that plan, the attribute ENABLED must be set to 'NO'.
