Errors Issued After Removing the Database Vault Component: ORA-07445 [zllcsdip] (Doc ID 1311227.1)

After deinstalling Database Vault, the Label Security Options are no longer working properly.
Database Vault is deinstalled following instructions in <Note: 803948.1>

Known Errors:
olsoidsync fails with:

java.sql.SQLException: No more data to read from socket
