Audit Vault Alert Details show "no data found" for Audit Record Details (Doc ID 1311678.1)

Symptoms

The following problem is observed after applying Audit Vault Bundle Patch 3 (<Patch:10240229>) on top of Audit Vault Server 10.2.3.2.

Log into the Audit Vault Console with the Auditor role.
Navigate through Audit Reports until alerts can be viewed.
Click on the "Details" icon for a given alert, and "no data found" is displayed.
