IMPDP Fails With PLS-00103 When Importing Chain Step

When trying to import a dump file containing a scheduler chain, and with an evaluation interval specified for a chain step, the following error is raised:

ORA-39083: Object type PROCOBJ failed to create with error:
ORA-06550: line 2, column 69:
PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "00" when expecting one of the following:

) , * & = - + < / > at in is mod remainder not rem
<an exponent (**)> <> or != or ~= >= <= <> and or like like2

The symbol ", was inserted before "00" to continue.
