Utl_file.Get_line Doesn't See All Line Terminators in a File (Doc ID 1313942.1)

When reading a windows-created file on an unix database server with UTL_FILE and there are special characters (like é, è, ß) on the end of the line (record) then the lines (records) will be together (this means instead of 2 records there are only 1 record).
