Symptoms

all Griddisks in Cell 10 are in UNKNOWN Status:

CellCLI> list griddisk attributes name,asmmodestatus
DATA_CD_00_cell10 UNKNOWN
DATA_CD_01_cell10 UNKNOWN
DATA_CD_02_cell10 UNKNOWN
(and so on)

Changes

In the recent past, a I/O event to the Cell, and the subsequent dropping of all griddisks was logged in the Cell10 alert log.
