Cannot Authorize User In Oracle Label Security From 11g Grid Control Using Chrome (Doc ID 1315576.1)

Symptoms

The following problem is encountered while working with the OEM GUI to manage the OLS features.
Using Grid Control 11g (problem may happen with dbcontrol also) , the screens are:

- Label Security Policies, select an existing policy
- Authorization: <policy name>, no users are listed, select Add users
- Add Users: Users
- Popup: Search and Select: User, a user 'USER1' is selected
- next screen is same as the 3rd screen( no user was added)

This issue is reproduced when the Google Chrome browser.
