Symptoms
While running the command procedure install_psu to apply patch 11724977 (PSU 10.2.0.4.8) to an Oracle 10.2.0.4 db on hp OpenVMS Alpha, the following error is shown at the end of the installation:

ORA_ROOT:[patches.PATCH11725561_BASEBUG11724977]errors_psu.log
---------------------------------------------------------
And reviewing that file with the type command shows:
$ type ORA_ROOT:[patches.PATCH11725561_BASEBUG11724977]errors_psu.log
-----------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR : The file ssl_hshk_priv_calc_enabled_cipher_suites.abj32 is missing from the []
ERROR : directory which is where it should be present.
ERROR : Please solve the problem and restart this procedure.

A similar problem can happen with patch 11725562 for base bug 11724977 for the 10.2.0.4.8 PSU on hp OpenVMS Itanium.
A similar problem can happen with patch 11725035, the CPUApr2011 for 10.1.0.5 on hp OpenVMS Alpha.
