Symptoms
While running the command procedure install_patch for the CPUApr2011 on hp OpenVMS Alpha, the following errors
are shown at the end of the installation:
$@install_patch
Checking for object clashes...
... no object clashes identified
Installing CPUApr2011 patch 10249692 for base bug 11725035 ...

There are errors present. Please review the file
ORA_ROOT:[PATCHES.PATCH10249692_BASEBUG11725035]errors_patch_10249692.log

And reviewing that file with the type command shows:
$ type errors_patch_10249692.log
