Symptoms


Source DB : 10.2.0.4 and Destination DB 10.2.0.4 - Works

Source DB : 10.2.0.4 and Destination DB 11.2.0.1 - FAILS

Source DB : 11.2.0.1 and Destination DB 11.2.0.1 - FAILS
