Symptoms
1. Customer sees error "ORA-03114 : not connected to ORACLE" at sqlplus when tries to connect to 9i database from 10g client.2. In alert log, we can see ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17007]
3. While using 9i client, there were no issues.
